What will you be in charge of as an HR manager partner?
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Manage and track salary and bonus calculations/processes for the employees
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screenings, interviews, involved in recruitment decisions, selection and hiring candidates
- Prepare and update all employee documents eg. employment and leaving contracts, agreements, terminations, notifications, certificates, referrals for research, etc.
- Prepare HR reports, statistics and budgeting
- Calculation of bonuses and any benefits for the employee
Požadavky
- Bachelor’s/University degree in preferably HR or Business
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position in companies with a production and commercial profile
- Strong knowledge of the Labour Law and HR admin processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail, independence
- Proactive and engaged, positive attitude
