Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to traders, managing a portfolio of existing and new analytical modules and applications.
Gather business requirements for complex problems and create innovative software solutions.
Have a basic understanding of complex mathematical concepts (numerical programming, predictive modeling, etc.) and business objectives in the context of deployed data and systems.
Develop a deep understanding of the nuances of intraday power markets and integrate relevant market data to strengthen our trading edge.
Manage a comprehensive data set portfolio, maintaining acute awareness of its business utility, metadata, interconnections, dependencies, and potential anomalies.
Understand and refine requirements for user interfaces and the front end of applications, designing and coding solutions, with clear documentation of the development process.
Požadavky
Proficiency in developing software for both analytical back-end and front-end applications using languages such as Python and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, with a preference for experience with PostgreSQL.
Genuine passion for software development, coupled with a keen desire to stay updated on the latest technologies.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
