We are seeking a new addition to join a Polish-speaking team of assistance coordinators! Are you fluent in Polish? Are you able to work 22,5h/week? Then send us your CV!

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Handling incoming calls from travelers seeking assistance or medical attention
- Close cooperation with medical advisors all around the world
- Answering queries based on company guidelines

You can work full-time (40h/week) or part-time (22,5h/week).

Požadavky

What you already have:
- Command of Polish (C2)
- Command of English (C1)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-orientation
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Time flexibility (working in shifts)
