Job: Commercial Financial Manager/FP&A/Business Finance Partner - leads a team of controllers organized by Market

We are seeking an experienced manager - The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives
European travel is required for this role.
A brief summary of the role:
- Analyzes everyday financial activities and subsequently provides advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget, mid-term plan, and weekly outlook with cash forecast with purchase order preparation and approvals.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

Požadavky
Expectations and skills
- Proven experience as a Commercial Financial Manager/FP&A/Business Finance Partner – Minimum of 6-year experience
- Top finance / management education (Bachelor or Master) is a must.
- Proficient user of finance software. (very good knowledge of Excel, SAP, BI Tools, Anaplan or other reporting system).
- A good level of English is required, another language would be appreciated.
- International qualification is appreciated. (CIMA, ACCA, CFA…).
