A well-established, gradually growing international company is currently looking for a Senior IT Onsite Support Technician.

These will be your daily IT support responsibilities:
- Replying to questions: Hardware, software and network related
- System and application configuration, upgrades and maintenance
- You will be receiving tickets globally and locally regarding service and HW changes
- Being part of project management according to ITIL os SCRUM
- Contribution on IT Security projects
- Responsible for Wi-fi connection issues, LAN and WAN
- Management of IT inventory and maintenance for newcomers
- Helping fellow employees/users to install their apps
- Identification and documentation of technical issues s
- Creation and contribution on manuals
- Goal to achieve the best customer feedback
Požadavky
- Advanced level of spoken and written English (B2+/C1)
- Czech/Slovak (B2+/C1)
- At least 3 years of experience with L1 and L2 Onsite support (management of HW and SW)
- Tools similar to Active Directory are needed (ID and user administration)
- Experience also from Onsite support (installations, PC, laptops, mobile devices)
- ITIL experience or certificate
