We are currently seeking an experienced Product Owner for Server Hosting for a new project for a company based in Prague.

What will be your responsibilities?
Roles & Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the overarching Server Hosting domain on a global scale
- Guarantee that servers are consistently updated, safeguarded, and functioning reliably
- Manage server lifecycle protocols to maintain an accurate server inventory (CMDB) and ensure server compliance
- Monitor the hosting partner’s adherence to SLAs, service quality, escalation responses, and overall performance
- Oversee the examination of partner billing and establish clear cost allocations for different business sectors
- Cooperate with regional IT Services to refine and enhance server hosting offerings
- Supervise server-hosting initiatives that are in line with the strategic server-hosting plan
- Enforce compliance with ITSM procedures throughout the solution’s lifecycle, including Incident & Request, Change, Problem, Event & Monitoring, Knowledge, Configuration, and CMDB
- Collaborate with teams handling compliance, auditing, risk, and security to identify and manage significant service-related risks, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
- This role encompasses governance and oversight, with operational duties delegated to partners or regional teams, yet practical experience remains essential
Požadavky
What do we expect from you:
- According to the Czech labour law, you need to hold a valid work permit
- Fluency in English; B2+/C1
- Proficiency in server operating systems, predominantly Windows, with some Linux expertise, inclusive of their management tools
- Familiarity with VMWare’s suite of products
- Understanding of server hosting environments, including on-premises, private data centers, and cloud platforms, especially Azure
- Cloud computing experience is a plus
- Active Directory and ServiceNow understanding is a plus
- ITIL Certificate would be an advantage
- Competence in managing relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Ability to create solutions
