Position: Customer Coordinator |DUTCH|
Work environment: Corporate business/ Healthcare
Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Daily communication with customers in Dutch via phone or mail
- Answering all of the customer's inquires
- Working with company system according to company parameters
- Adding new customers into the company system
- Being ready to calm down customers if needed
- Administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Požadavky
- Strong command of Dutch and English (C1 level)
- Previous customer service experience is a great advantage
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong PC skills
- Stress resistant
- Independent as well as a team member
