Job tasks:
- First point of contact for employees and managers via phone, email or chat
- Log contacts into case management system
- Resolve queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures
- Escalate queries that cannot be resolved
- Identify gaps in the supporting documentation and cooperate on improvement of processes
- Reporting
Start: September
Location: Prague 8 and home office/fully remote
Contract for one year with possibility of prolongation.
Working schedule: full time (40 h/w)
Požadavky
- Fluent English and advanced Italian (B2)
- Previous experience with customer service
- Solid command of MS Excel and Word
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Pro-active and communicative personality
- Necessary to work in the Czech Republic
