Job description:
- Prepare performance review presentations

Analyze incident and support request trends
-
Ensure SLA compliance with service-level management

Assist with SLA updates and annual reviews
- Analyze customer feedback from ticket ratings
- Support management team in preparing monthly service reviews
- Create ad-hoc reports
Longterm cooperation for 20 hours/week.
Start: immediately
Location: Prague 4 (near Chodov metro station)
Salary: 180-200 CZK/hour
Požadavky
- university student
- fluent English (both verbal and written)
- advanced knowledge of MS Office
- presentation and organization skills
- good communication skills (communication with managers)
- ITIL knowledge is an advantage
- flexibility
