Náplň práce
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the BIW workshop, ensuring that production goals are met and high-quality standards are maintained.

Coordinate and lead production teams to maximize efficiency and ensure smooth workflow throughout the shop.

Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to resolve them.
- Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance departments to address any production issues and optimize the overall process.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards, conducting regular inspections and audits as necessary.
- Lead efforts for continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Požadavky
- Relocation to Košice region in Slovak Republic
- Bachelor’s degree or above, on-site management experience is necessary.
- 10+ years of management in highly automated OEMs or suppliers, body in white experience is a plus.
- Excellent in Slovak and English listening, speaking, written skills, and presentation
- 5S, Standardization Work, ANDON
- Ability to lead cross-funcitonal kaizen activities
- Performance Management (maximizing engagement, motivation and productivity)
- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
