Job description:
- Administrative support for the IT infrastructure department
- Collecting data and communicating with end users regarding the status of their requests
- Coordinating with vendors on IT equipment orders
- Monitoring data quality
- Resolving invoice discrepancies
- Preparing reports in MS Excel and other systems
Start: Immediately
Salary: 32 000 CZK/m
Full-time contract (40h/w) for definite period with the possibility of prolongation.
Location: Prague 4
Požadavky
- University degree (Economical/technical field ideally)
- Advanced English (daily communication with foreigners - oral, telephonic, written)
- Min. 1 year experience in administration, customer service or order management
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to details
- IT background is advantage
- Problem-solving aptitude
