Tasks:
- Managing and maintaining Purchase Orders
- To ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures
- This involves completing regular and adhoc administrative duties using both CEMEX and
external systems
- To support Operational Teams and regular communication and collaboration with allied teams
- Dealing with inquiries and queries
Our requirements:
- Good work experience in administrative/operational/transport field
- Fluent English
- Self starter process driven and willing to work on own initiative and challenge non compliance
- Knowledge of ERP system (for exapmle SAP)
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Team Player/ Customer Focused
