Náplň práce
Database Specialist is responsible to provide Service Assurance and Service Delivery management over the Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle DB environment. Support of incident management in order to keep SLAs as well as drive projects from technical point of view towards to successful completion in time together with budget expectations. Service ownership is required in order to proactively seek opportunities for service quality improvement and efficiency.
General responsibilities:
*Day by day support and maintenance of database systems (MS SQL, Oracle).
*Incident and change management.
*Proactive service improvement and processes automation.
*Cooperation with architecture team, system engineers and other teams on assigned projects.
