In this role you will act as 2nd level support for all types of MS Exchange related problems. Main responsibilities include performing health checks, implementation of changes request by customers, interaction with other teams to resolve problems and ensuring proper communication of problem resolution results to customers.
Required Skills:
- Applied knowledge in Windows 2003
- Knowledge of Active Directory, computer networks and email systems
- Knowledge in Exchange 2000/2003, 2007 or 2010 and experience with sever troubleshooting and support will be advantageous
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of French or German language will be advantage
